My experience with Barbara-Lynn is based on having participated in a study group that she anchored. This group met monthly for about a year and a half. The topic was esoteric knowledge, ranging from Vedic to Native American to Celtic. The intellectual material was applied in a meditative way. I found Barbara-Lynn to be a veritable fountain of information, which I’m sure anyone studying with her would appreciate. She clearly can enhance the understanding of students from novice to expert levels. Moreover, her sense of humor and cheerful personality made the group a pleasant experience and kept me coming back for more. In fact, we have plans to resume this group after taking a break, and I’m looking forward to it.

I wanted to experience a deeper connection to trees, so I took Barbara-Lynn’s Connection with Trees workshop. I liked it because the content was thorough and well-researched: consisting of facts, as well as, shamanic and mythical knowledge. I found Barbara-Lynn’s energy to be grounded and relaxing so I was able to take time to discern and enjoy the difference and subtleties of the tree energy. She really holds the space beautifully. I attended two of Barbara-Lynn’s aromatherapy seminars, (Aromatherapy I and the Blending course). Both were enjoyable and informative, and the printed handouts were easy to follow. I especially liked her recommending various companies for essential oils and encouraging us to ask questions and do our own research. Barbara-Lynn certainly has a wealth of information to share in a calm, relaxed manner. We also got to smell an incredible number of oils, so bring your nose along for an enjoyable time!
